Let’s face it, parenting is hard work and you deserve a night out.
After the children go down for bed, join us for an evening where parents will connect with one another, gain support, share ideas and discuss topics relevant to the everyday challenges of parenting. The group will be led by a licensed parent educator, who will facilitate a topic and provide parents with developmentally appropriate strategies and research based information to help strengthen your parenting skills.

Learn some helpful strategies and communicative tools that will alleviate power struggles and encourage cooperation from your child.
There is no way around it, today’s children are growing up in a digital world. Understand how screen time affects early childhood development, and how to promote healthy media use in your home. We will share the latest research on the hazards and benefits of screen time for young children, as well as the recommended guidelines for use by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
A little more about Jaime Middaugh: Licensed Parent Educator and Certified Instructor of Infant Massage
Jaime holds a teaching license in both Elementary Education and Parent Education, with a Masters of Education in Family and Parent Education from the University of Minnesota. She also holds certifications as an instructor of Infant Massage and Baby Sign Language. She has over 10 years experience teaching in both elementary school and ECFE (early childhood family education) settings. She has always had a passion for supporting caregivers and their young children during the first, most formative years. Jaime is also a recently new mom to Brielle (almost 2) and Brice (10 months), and is enjoying every moment with them.
