Jenna’s interest in yoga when receiving a DVD and mat when she was only six years old from an Aunt. She since embraced meditation and a true vinyasa style. Being a competitive swimmer all through school, she listens to her body on a very deep level. After many sore muscles, she has found great relieve in yoga. Even though she has fully embraced vinyasa style yoga she has studied Yin and Restorative.
After battling depression through her school years, she has found true happiness in her study of meditation. Jenna has found that happiness isn’t found in material items but found in self-care and self-love. She wishes to be able to bring this happiness and love to everyone in the world.Jenna completed her 200hr Whole-Hearted Yogi Teaching Training program with Kamie Slegers at Synergize Inc., where she is now teaching and assisting Kamie.
