In today’s we see strength as something for the gym, but in everyday life we need to stay strong to do simple household tasks. Core Strength is needed to shovel in the blizzards of winter, while upper body strength is needed to bring groceries into the house. The everyday picture of Yoga Flow is somewhat advanced, but that doesn’t have to be the case. A little strength goes a long way.
