In this busy society, we all need some time to relax and unwind. Our world is in constant motion and often we feel like it cannot be stopped. Take the time to stop, breath, and move with intention.
This class will start with a guided meditation to reconnect with your inner self, and disconnect from the outer world.
Then we will move into a beginner level yoga class. Moving through a gentle flow to release tension and increase range of motion. This class will focus on moving with purpose but with kindness. There is no need to push or rush anything!
After the final posture, we will move into savasana, complete with facial massage and Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation or yogic sleep. This is a simple practice to prevent both the mental and physical damage that can come due to stress.
