Kim Olson (RYT 200) added yoga to her workout regimen in 2006. It wasn’t until attending a stand up Paddleboard (SUP) yoga class that she decided to share this unique practice of yoga and paddleboarding with others. She completed her 200 hour yoga training at Core Power and traveled to San Diego to do her SUP training with Gillian Gibree.
Kim started instructing yoga classes on land in January 2015 and on the water that following summer. She is passionate about bringing yoga to people of all ages and abilities in her community. She most recently undertook specialized Bring Your Own Baby to Yoga training through Blooma and will be teaching mom/caregiver baby classes starting April 1st. Her two children are now grown but she loves babies and is very excited to share this special practice with Synergize.
