Theresa Lease is a life-long listener and spiritual seeker. After years on the amateur circuit being a sounding board for friends and family alike, she’s now gone pro as a life coach. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and then spent much of her adult life raising her family while moving from state to state. She has worked in a wide variety of positions from Assistant Director of Corporate Communications for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad to receptionist at a hair salon to Operations Manager at a shoe store. Her life was unexpectedly derailed by the ending of her marriage in 2004. The difficulty and depression she experienced coping with that loss led her to the writings of Martha Beck, which inspired her to take Martha’s life coach training. With the tools and techniques Theresa learned there, she now helps women reduce their suffering and find joy again in their own lives. She lives in Andover, MN, where she loves singing and dancing around the house and watching the wildlife that frequents her backyard.
