The vinyasa or flow is what makes this class more challenging but the class still includes basic beginning yoga poses. Poses are generally held for a shorter period of time so that transitions between poses become part of the flow. This allows for more poses to be practiced during a class. Classes integrate balance, flexibility, strength along with breath and a focus on connecting to ones self. Content and degree of challenge depend on the class level and the instructor. Beginners are welcome.
Mixed Level Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga uses traditional yoga postures (asanas), and breathing techniques (pranayama) to prepare the body and mind for stillness. Calming the nervous system, hatha yoga helps create peace and harmony within. Classes are themed, utilizing specific poses, breathing, and relaxation techniques to leave you feeling calm, and energized. The level of difficulty will vary during each class, but modifications are offered to accommodate all levels.

Internal balance and relaxation are essential to a women’s health, weather we are bringing a new life into the world or being empowered by our truth from within. In this class we not only will focus on proper physical alignment and building strength but also exploring “women-hood”. Ladies night yoga is for all those who want to be more aware of the overall health of their menstrual cycle, reproductive system, and years the years to follow. We will also discuss factors contribute to the health of our hormones, emotional balance and mental well-being. This mixed level class is open to beginners and ladies that have been practicing for years. What do Women really want? A night to themselves!

Come and wind your week down with a mix levels hour long yoga class! This class focuses on the exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment of your body and mindfulness. In this class students will learn to work with their body, building strength, and flexibility. You will release tension, activate energy, and cultivate inner focus and clear awareness to start your day. Open to all levels of practice and abilities.
