Tae Guk Kwon is the Korean name for T’ai Chi Ch’ uan, often referred to as Tai Chi. This is a Wellness Program with Tai Chi as the vehicle by which we will intend to increase our health. It is appropriate for everyone who wishes to improve their general health, awareness, movement and general conditioning. All the movements are performed slowly and with low impact to the body. Performing slowly teaches our neuro-muscular system the proper movement for the posture and helps us to learn balance. Tai Chi is also for breathing and energy control in motion.
