Yoga In Anoka

DID YOU KNOW WE HAVE PRENATAL CLASSES? This class provides an opportunity to develop greater awareness of Mamas ever changing body, as well as to deepen Mamas relationship and connection with her baby. The flow of movement and postures provide much-needed relaxation during her pregnancy, as well as building strength and stamina for the months ahead. Breath work, meditation, and yoga poses, help to create inner focus and awareness for a calm mind and body in preparation for the demands of labor. Calmness, focused breathing, and a strong body will aid in the birthing process. Thus, reducing pain and increasing the preparation for an active and natural birth. No previous yoga experience necessary. New students and experienced yoginis alike will appreciate how this class connects mind, body and baby, for childbirth. All trimesters are welcome.
