These classes are designed to introduce new and continuing students to the foundations of alignment, breathwork, primary poses, sequences, and variations. This class is perfect for confident beginning students and those who are continuing to build their yoga practice. Modifications and props are used during this class.
Everyone + Experienced
This is a mixed-level class open to all levels of practice. Your instructor will provide options to accommodate for your level while more complex poses may be introduced for advanced students. Beginners can work at their level towards their own expression of poses. No previous experience is needed to enjoy a mixed-level class, but some basic knowledge is recommended. Use of props during the class are recommend for extended holds, flowing sequences, and introductions to more challenging poses as you build to your peak pose.
Looking to hone your practice? These classes are designed for more experienced students. We recommend that you have a solid practice, and understanding of yoga postures and breathing techniques. These classes are exciting, challenging, and a great choice for those who are ready to take it to the next level!
Our drop-in meditation classes provides the basics to meditation that are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. We will offer guided a meditation to support you along your mediation journey and help you to connect with your true Self – physically, mentally, emotionally and spirally. Rhythmic breathing will allow you to keep your awareness in the present moment. Meditation and breathing teaches us to become aware of our stress so that we can release it from our body to restore balance. After our session you will have a some time to journal.
Meditation + Yoga
Meditation is one of the best ways to reduce stress combine it with yoga the benefits introduce relaxation and mindfulness into your life. Class will open with a meditation to connect with your breath, body, and mind. Followed by a gentle flowing yoga class that will move tension from your body. Class will end with a restorative savasana. No experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.
Intro to Yoga
If you have looked for a yoga class and have been scared to try, this is the class for you! Learn the basics of yoga in a group of people that are in the same place in their yoga journey. Each week will start with meditation and move into basic yoga poses to build confidence in your practice of yoga. This class is for folks who have little to no yoga experience!
This is a beginning level yoga class. Starting with an opening mediation to quiet the mind, you will connect with the body, spirit, and bring in a sense of peace. Then we will move through a gentle flow to release tension and increase range of motion. Class will continue with more challenging standing poses to strengthen your body, find balance, and increase focus, flexibility, and awareness. Restorative yoga props, such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps, are often used to support the body, allowing muscles to lengthen and release. The pace of this class is slower than the flow and mixed level classes, focusing on stretching all areas of the body while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.
A regular yoga practice will help to dissolve barriers that may have you stuck in limiting patterns, and open you to transform from the inside out. This class is designed for beginners and those looking for a gentle yoga practice.
In our express yoga class you will experience a balance of strength, stretch, and relaxation. Class will begin with a short meditation to connect your breath to your body and mind. Followed by gentle movements to warm your body. Class will continue with a short flowing sequence of poses and will finish with savasana. No experience is necessary and all levels are welcome.
This class anchors on practice of the vinyasa, or flow, which will make this class more challenging, though we will still include basic yoga poses. Poses are generally held for shorter periods of time so that transitions between poses become part of the flow. This allows for more poses to be practiced during a class. Classes integrate balance, flexibility, and strength along with breath. A specific focus of this class will be to connect to one’s self. Content and degree of challenge will be determined by the instructor based on class needs. Beginners are welcome, but knowledge of the sun salutations is a must.
Hatha & Yin
In this busy society, we all need some time to relax and unwind so we can better serve ourselves and others. If your cup is not full you cannot fully help others. Join us for an opening guided meditation to connect with your breath with your body and mind. We will then move into a hatha based yoga class for all levels and will follow with yin yoga practice, holding postures for several minutes to move deeper into your body and mind. While in savasana, you will rest in a restorative pose and receive a facial massage.
Prenatal & Postnatal
This class provides an opportunity to develop greater awareness of Mamas ever changing body, as well as to deepen Mamas relationship and connection with her baby. The flow of movement and postures provide much-needed relaxation during her pregnancy, as well as building strength and stamina for the months ahead. Breath work, meditation, and yoga poses, help to create inner focus and awareness for a calm mind and body in preparation for the demands of labor. Calmness, focused breathing, and a strong body will aid in the birthing process. Thus, reducing pain and increasing the preparation for an active and natural birth. No previous yoga experience necessary. New students and experienced yogis alike will appreciate how this class connects mind, body and baby, for childbirth. All trimesters are welcome.

Stretch and Flex: Yoga for Body and Bones
This class begins with an opening meditation followed by a mixture of yoga poses and strengthening exercises using props to increase the desired challenge. Recent studies have shown that specific yoga postures may aid in reducing bone loss and even reversing it. This class is targeted at specific adults population to assist in strengthening posture; improving balance, flexibility, and strength; and gaining a better range of motion. Our practice will focus on strengthening risk areas, such as the spine and pelvis. This class will also focus on practices that calm the nervous system and create breath awareness. Adaptations and modifications will be offered during class for those who need more support or more of a challenge. All levels are welcome.
Yin & Restore
Unwind your body and relax your mind from the the tensions of everyday stress. In this class, we will focus on practices that support relaxation through different strategies: Meditation, Mudra (hand positions), Pranayama (breath awareness), Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra (meditative sleep).
A special feature of this class is Yin yoga, a style of yoga which focuses on stretching the deep connective tissue in the joints. Each pose will be held for approximately 4-5 minutes, enhancing a greater range of motion because of the lengthening of the connective tissue and increased circulation in the joints.
Restorative poses are an important part of any long-term yoga practice: they heal the effects of stress, recharge our energy reserves, and bring our nervous systems into a more balanced state. Restorative yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps are used to support the body which allows muscles to fully relax, the mind to quiet, and the spirit to experience peace and restoration.
The class will end with a short Yoga Nidra or relaxation session, built around facilitating deep relaxation and rest through guided meditation while lying in a reclined restorative position. By the end of each class, you will feel relaxed, refreshed, and renewed
What does that mean to be a women today? Where do we find our strength? Internal balance and relaxation are essential to a women’s health, weather we are bringing a new life into the world or being empowered by our truth from within. In this class we not only will focus on proper physical alignment and building strength but also exploring “women-hood”. Ladies night yoga is for all those who want to be more aware of the overall health of their menstrual cycle, reproductive system, and years to follow. We will also focus on factors contribute to the health of our hormones, emotional balance and mental well-being. This mixed level class is open to beginners and ladies that have been practicing for years. What do Women really want? A night to themselves!
